Systems
How parts hold together — structure, feedback, constraint and the behaviour that emerges from them.
Independent Research · Product Studio
SOALL is an independent body of research, products and experiments across technology, healthcare, motorsport, information and natural systems.
Research held to the standard of something that has to work.
Every project begins as a question and ends as an instrument — a model, a product, a prototype, or a piece of writing precise enough to be argued with.
The subjects change. The method does not: study the system, find where it strains, and build the smallest useful thing that relieves it.
Healthcare · Systems
An autonomous clinical clearinghouse - billing & gateway dispatch intelligence layer that turns fragmented patient signals into decisions clinicians can act on. 100% Deterministic AI Logic: Bypasses black-box statistical guesswork using rigid, rule-based CMS-HCC V28 rules and MEAT documentation trees for audit-proof precision. Zero-PHI Local RAM Execution: Operates entirely client-side in the browser, keeping patient health data completely off third-party servers to eliminate cloud compliance exposure. Value-Aligned Model: No heavy monthly SaaS subscription fees or per-seat taxes—structured around free workspace access and verified performance yield.
Motorsport Physiology & Aeronautics
A paired model of driver and machine, tracking load, degradation and recovery across a race day. Motorsport, particularly Formula 1, alongside advanced aeronautics, represents environments where milliseconds dictate the difference between optimal success and catastrophic physical failure. "Physics of latency" and the "economics of bandwidth". Streaming raw, unfiltered telemetry from thousands of chassis or aerospace sensors continuously over unstable network links leads to bandwidth exhaustion, unacceptable latency, and a deluge of low-value data noise. The SOALL solutions presented are the specialized F1 Telemetry Modules and Aero Energy Sync.
Advanced Robotics and Embodied Cognition
Robotics represents the physical, kinetic embodiment of the GBOT Cognitive OS. The fundamental challenge in modern robotics is that automated systems often fail catastrophically outside of highly controlled environments because their localized sensors cannot seamlessly reconcile with broader, abstract world models.
Decentralized Finance and Payments
Drawing heavily on the ethos of composable systems that are "built for the pivot", not the plan. Atlas G1 allows institutions to dynamically shift their financial models and operational structures during market shocks without requiring a complete rebuild of their backend infrastructure. By enforcing a Zero Trust paradigm where every transaction and data array is strongly encrypted, and by utilizing the multi-agent graph to map complex, multilayered anti-money laundering networks, the Sovereign Pay Console offers an unprecedented level of secure, resilient financial routing for sovereign entities and global enterprises.
Multi-Agent GraphRAG and the IAMAI Architecture
Traditional AI and standard Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models are insufficient for the environments in which AWUN operates. Traditional RAG systems struggle with large-scale, highly fragmented enterprise data because they rely on isolated, fragment-level extraction, treating documents as independent text segments. This lack of structural awareness inevitably leads to thematic irrelevance, logical inconsistency, and a "granularity bias" where surface-level semantic overlaps are prioritized over essential abstract principles.
SOALL is the umbrella that holds the work together — the studies, instruments and prototypes that orbit a shared set of questions rather than a single discipline.
How parts hold together — structure, feedback, constraint and the behaviour that emerges from them.
Living processes as design references: adaptation, repair, regulation and the economics of survival.
Terrain, climate and material cycles studied as long-running systems with their own logic and limits.
How signal becomes knowledge — representation, inference, memory and the machinery of understanding.

Working notes, unpublished studies and early prototypes are kept under controlled access. Material is shared selectively, in context, and with the people it is useful to.
